Davis came over this afternoon and VOILA – fixed both problems. […] I now know how to remedy something like that! And he cleaned my computer with compressed air. It is running better now after the dust was banished. After so much success, I was emboldened to ask about my pictures. Davis showed me how to put pictures from e-mails into Picasa. After showing me how, he had me do it. Good teaching technique! He was very patient, and I feel much better about how things are organized on the computer. Please let him know how much I appreciated his help.

I’m happy working with [Davis] because he is quick, organized, and gets things done without wasting any time. I was so impressed that he emailed links the day before our last meeting. When I emailed to request his assistance on something, he emailed back one time to say that he was sick and offered me the choice of working with someone else or waiting for him to get back to work. Also, Davis occasionally responds to my emails at times which I know must be after hours. Just wanted you to have that feedback.

I got a great feeling after meeting the squad at my interview, I did the happiest “happy dance” of my life when you offered me the job, and it’s been solid gold ever since. Geoff quickly solved the issue, installed a Chrome app to prevent such things from happening in the future, and explained to me what had been happening. Abe arrived right on time this morning and spent two hours. I was most impressed with him. He undertook to correct the problem with my second printer, and then reported that there was a problem with the network which he fixed, but the printer is worn out, and rather than spend money to install new print heads, the time has come to buy a replacement. I agreed.
As for Abe (and Geoff), I want to emphasize again how much I appreciate their in-depth work, and their obvious desire to be of help to me; a true Iskrant approach.
